General
- Conditions of entry are subject to Government and other regulatory legislation, health orders, directions and mandates that require compliance by law.
- Admission price includes rides, shows and attractions except for food, merchandise, photo sessions, pay per use facilities (skill and video games etc), or optional add-on experiences.
- We reserve the right to deny admission to persons under the age of 14 unless accompanied by a supervising companion aged 16 or older.
- Published times of shows or attractions may vary and are subject to change or cancellation without notice due to adverse weather conditions, maintenance activity or other operational reasons. Shows begin when venues reach capacity or performance starts.
- The operation of rides may vary from advertised without notice due to adverse weather conditions, maintenance activity or other operational reasons
- No food or beverages may be brought into the Dreamworld or SkyPoint premises. No alcohol, glassware or commercially prepared food or beverages may be brought into WhiteWater World.
- No eskies or coolers are permitted into the Dreamworld or SkyPoint premises.
- No alcohol or drugs of any type shall be bought onto the premises and you may be refused entry or evicted if we reasonably believe that you are adversely affected by drugs or alcohol.
- No glassware or sharp objects may be bought on to the premises.
- No animals may be brought onto the premises, except assistance or companion animals.
- Frisbees, balls, inflatables or other devices that may jeopardise the safety of others or impede staff are not permitted.
- Scooters, skateboards, bicycles, roller blades or other equipment that may interfere with pedestrian traffic are not permitted.
- The design and systems of the Coast Entertainment Holdings group of companies are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You must not infringe those rights.
- Vehicles are parked at your own risk. The Company will not be responsible for loss of, or damage to any vehicle, accessory or contents in, or on any vehicle.
- Smoking, vaping and use of e-cigarettes are permitted in designated areas only, no food or beverage may be consumed in designated smoking areas under Queensland Law.
- The Company reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests from the property for vandalism, stealing, offensive behaviour, offensive clothing, queue line jumping, failure to properly supervise persons under your care, failure to follow safety instructions or failure to comply with these Conditions of Entry.
- The company reserves the right to inspect your bags or other goods in your possession immediately upon request for security purposes.
- Any photographs, videos or sound recordings taken by you must be for personal use only. Any use, reuse or production for commercial purposes without our express written consent is strictly prohibited.
- The Company reserves the right to photograph guests at any time for security purposes or for use in connection with the promotional activities and general commercial operations of the Company. You expressly agree to the use of your image and likeness for these purposes without compensation.
- The use of image recording devices is not permitted in any change room or bathroom facility.
- Please report any incidents to staff immediately.
- Tickets, vouchers and passes must be original, display an expiry date and be presented prior to that date, Photo ID and matching signatures are required on request. Fraudulent use will be referred to the police.
- Please be advised that appropriate swimwear is required to be worn for all water park activities/slides.
- For the safety of all guests, swimwear with rivets, belts, exposed zippers, metal ornamentation, long pants and denim material is unable to be worn during any waterpark activity. Eyewear is permitted only on selected slides.
- Guests may not display anything that contains obscene, foul, profane, illegal or unacceptable language, photos, images, symbols, or phrases, etc.
- Please be advised that appropriate footwear must be worn at all times, except in the case of experiencing rides where loose footwear requires removal.
- Accommodation can be made for individual cases of severe allergies which cannot be catered for by Dreamworld food outlets. In these cases, guests are more than welcome to bring home packed meals (not commercial food). Please ensure to discuss your requirements with our Guest Services team prior to your visit for appropriate arrangements.
Admission Products
- Tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. All tickets are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Tickets cannot be on-sold to another party for re-sale and will be cancelled without refund if used by anyone else. (Special circumstances may be reviewed under Management discretion.)
- AUS & NZ equivalent Government-issued Cards must be provided on entry.
- Discount Admission ticket validity includes;
- — Australian & NZ equivalent Government-issued Disability Pension Card (DSP). Card must be presented upon entry for discount.
- — Australian & NZ equivalent Government-issued Seniors Card (AGE). Card must be presented upon entry for discount.
- — Australian & NZ equivalent Government Carers Card (CAR). Carer discount will be accepted upon entry when accompanying a disabled cardholder.
- For website purchases, after completing your purchase you will gain access to an online page confirming your order. You will also receive 2 emails including your invoice and your E-tickets. Print your booking at home or simply scan them from your mobile device upon arrival.
- Entry is granted by presenting a printed E-ticket or displayed on a mobile device, a valid photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the ticket. If this credit card is unavailable, another credit card is required for security.
- Children (0-2 years) receive free admission to Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint Observation Deck. Once your child turns 3, they will require a ticket or pass to accompany you into the parks or Observation Deck.
- Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint reserve the right to close rides and attractions as required.
- Unless expressly stated to the contrary tickets do not include access to special events conducted outside of advertised park trading hours including, but not limited to, Dreamworld and WhiteWater World night events
- Does not include experiences and attractions that are not included in the entry price.
- Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint visitor numbers are capped to prevent overcrowding. Entry is on a first-come, first-served basis. When the park reaches capacity we cannot permit further entries.
- Pass expiry extensions or refunds because of limited visitation, suspension, show cancellations, park or ride/attraction closure will not be granted. (Special circumstances may be reviewed under Management discretion.)
Special events
- Entry is subject to acceptance of all conditions.
- Shows and ride availability are subject to change without notice.
- Park After Dark is separately ticketed, with limited admissions/redemptions available. Park After Dark tickets do not entitle ticket holders to day admission to the park
- Tickets are not redeemable for cash and are not valid after the displayed date. An extension to the validity period will not be granted. (Special circumstances may be reviewed under Management discretion.)
- Event tickets are capped to prevent overcrowding and may sell out in advance.
- Ticket is only valid for entry during stated Park After Dark event date and time
- No refunds will be offered unless the PAD is cancelled by Dreamworld or if required by law.
- Admission price includes entry, selected rides, shows and attractions operated on the night of the event, but does not include Ride Express, skill games, souvenir photographs, merchandise, food and drinks.
- Park After Dark events may contain dynamic lighting, audio and visual effects, including strobe lighting and smoke effects. Effects may not be suitable for guests with pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or disabilities. Please check suitability with Guest Services before attending the event.
- Pass-outs during the event will not be accommodated – if you exit the park, you won’t be permitted to re-enter. Dreamworld reserve the right to change terms and conditions at any time without notice and reserve the right to close rides/attractions as required.
Extras & Add-ons
- Valid on ride, roving and character photos only. Excludes wildlife experiences and promotional/seasonal attractions.
- Does not include entry into Dreamworld and/or WhiteWater World.
- Photo pass card will be active from date of collection.
- Annual or Season pass must be presented when using the Annual Photo pass card.
- Dreamworld reserves the right to refuse any image to be added to a Photo pass card if deemed to be rude, offensive or of a dangerous nature.
- All images added to any Photo pass card will expire if not claimed within 30 days of being added.
- No refunds or exchanges Photo pass cards are not transferable or replaceable.
Competitions
- Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions.
- By completing the Ticket Survey, you (the entrant) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The Promoter is Coast Entertainment Operations (ABN 22 104 529 106) trading as Dreamworld and is located at Dreamworld, Dreamworld Parkway, Coomera, QLD, 4209
- The promotional period ends at 11.59pm AEST on the final day of each calendar month.
- Entry is open to Australian residents.
- An eligible entrant who is under 18yrs of age must obtain permission from a parent or guardian and provide evidence of the permission. Dreamworld reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry or entrant (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant or entry which is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
- The directors, management and employees of the Coast Entertainment Holdings group of companies and their immediate relatives (including children, niece, nephew, grandchildren or siblings) are ineligible to enter the competition.
- To enter, entrants must complete and submit the post-visit survey sent to them via email following their visit to Dreamworld or WhiteWater World.
- There is one (1) prize to be won in each calendar month. The prize includes one (1) EFTPOS Gift Card at a total value of $100.
- This competition is a Category 4 trade promotion and the selection of the winners will be selected randomly. The winners will be selected at Dreamworld Parkway, Coomera QLD 4209. The winner will be notified by email or mobile no later than 15 days post promotional period end date and the prize will be sent via registered post. The selection of the winner is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Any component of the prize, which is forfeited cannot be exchanged for another prize, transferred or redeemed for cash.
- All Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. In the event the winner does not take the prize by the time stipulated, then a redraw will occur and the next random drawn winner will be contacted.
- The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss).
- Entries must be received by the Promoter during the promotional period.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these conditions of entry, or if the entrant is engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
- By entering this competition, you consent to the collection of your personal information by or on behalf of Dreamworld for the primary purposes of enabling it to administer the promotion and publicise its winner(s) and to market its products to you. The personal information of each winner may be provided to others assisting in the conduct of the promotion, including the promotion administrator, prize suppliers and deliverers, and to regulatory authorities. You may contact the Promoter by post at the address stated in condition 3 to request access to, or corrections of, any of your personal information that is held by Dreamworld. If you do not provide accurate personal information, Dreamworld may determine that you are not eligible to win a prize.
Dreamworld LEGO® Certified Store
FAULTY GOODS
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund at your choice for a major failure. However, if the failure is minor, for example the goods are not of an acceptable quality, we will fix the problem by choosing whether to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund.
MISSING PIECES
If you are missing pieces from your purchase, you can contact LEGO for replacements to be sent directly to you on 1800 823 757.
CHANGE OF MIND
Even if your goods are not faulty, but you simply change your mind on a purchase, you have 28 days to return your items to us for a full refund or exchange.
The following conditions apply to a change of mind:
- goods must be returned in a saleable condition.
- original proof of purchase must be provided.
- by saleable condition we mean that the item has not been opened or used, is still in its original packaging and all manuals, packaging and accessories are included. If the item is unboxed or partially assembled, we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange, so please take your time when making your choice to avoid any inconvenience at a later date.
- gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged.
OTHER DETAILS
All requests for repairs, refunds or exchanges are subject to the following conditions:
- email [email protected] with your order or reference number and reason for requesting a repair, refund or exchange.
- exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, you are responsible for the shipping costs in the case of a change of mind exchange. We will cover the reasonable costs associated with returns and replacements where goods are found to be faulty.
- all goods returned for refund or exchange remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Dreamworld LEGO Certified Store.
- an authorised refund will be provided using your original payment method within 10 business days of being approved by Dreamworld LEGO Certified Store.
- at the time of a refund, if a VIP card was used in the original transaction then the points will be returned to the card balance.
