About us
Australia’s largest theme park brings you epic thrills, wild encounters, and all-out family fun on the Gold Coast. Dreamworld is where excitement lives—ready for everyone to dive in and share the joy!
Where worlds unite
For over 40 years, Dreamworld has been Australia’s favourite theme park, home to rides, slides, wildlife, and family fun—all the worlds you want to explore, in one amazing place.
Rides, slides and wildlife
With 40+ attractions, every visit to Dreamworld and WhiteWater World brings a new adventure. Beyond the rides and slides, explore Tiger Island—the only place on the Gold Coast to see tigers up close—plus native wildlife like koalas, kangaroos, and crocodiles.
Wild about conservation
Through the Dreamworld Wildlife Foundation (DWF), we’re dedicated to protecting iconic animals like tigers, koalas, bilbies, and tree kangaroos, helping them thrive for generations. Our animals are ambassadors for their wild cousins, inspiring care and action worldwide.
Caring for our animals
Our animals bring us closer to the natural world, and their well-being is always our top priority. We’re dedicated to providing exceptional care and creating a safe, enriching home for each and every one.
Our history
Since 1981, we’ve brought joy and excitement to guests of all ages. Dreamworld began in 1974, when John Longhurst purchased 85 hectares to build his dream—one that has grown into Australia’s largest theme park, built on passion, imagination, and joyful moments shared by all.
Gold Coast from above
Take in sweeping views from SkyPoint, our sister attraction in Surfers Paradise. From the Observation Deck to the thrilling SkyPoint Climb, it’s a high point of adventure with a view you won’t want to miss.
Dreamworld is located at Dreamworld Parkway, Coomera, on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.
